General

Teamwork Athletic, a division of RBIII Associates, is the nation's leading wholesale-to-retail marketer of 'print-on-demand' and 'make-on-demand' Sublimated Apparel items. Teamwork Licensing currently offers 25,000+ designs consisting of over 400 licensed properties that are available on over 200 different items in assorted sizes and colors. For our retailers, this means TA Licensing has millions of different combinations of products that they can offer to their customers, and for licensors this means that we are able to give your brands visibility that was impossible to reach in the pre-digital age of not long ago.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Teamwork credits expire one year from the date they were issued. A monthly interest charge of 1.5% will be added to any past due balances. The standard authorized dealer discount DOES NOT apply to Spectrum Sublimation products or Fanorama products. For details contact Teamwork at 1.800.333.6063.

Spectrum Manufacturing

Spectrum Sublimation products are carefully prepared for the dye sublimation process, but may still not lay entirely flat. As a result, ink WILL NOT penetrate areas with wrinkles, creases, and/or any uneven areas, and white imperfections and spots may occur. Although Teamwork will do everything in our power to minimize these occurrences, we are not responsible for any imperfections created from the industry standard dye-sublimation process. No garments will be completely identical. Spectrum orders are manufactured in 5 business days. 3 business day manufacturing is available for a 50% up charge. Spectrum Plus orders are subject to a service fee and are manufactured in 5 business days (3 day option not available).

ProSphere Manufacturing

Standard manufacturing time is 5 business days (1 business week). The manufacturing time starts on the date of proof approval and order submission. If a proof is not approved online, manufacturing calculations begin only after receiving proof approval and order submission. All orders date & time stamped after 12pm PST are considered received the next business day. A 50% up charge applies to 3 business day manufacturing. ProSphere quantity discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, price lists, or discounts, including volume discounts.

Returns

ProSphere and Spectrum products cannot be returned unless pre-approved as part of a Consignment program or if there is a manufacturing defect with the product. Any return of stock product requires PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. A 15% restocking fee will apply. If returned without prior authorization, a 30% restocking fee will apply. Teamwork will not accept COD shipments or returns of items that have been discontinued for more than six months at the time of return. ProSphere and Spectrum products are non-returnable.

Repairs

We reserve the right to examine any merchandise to determine if a garment is defective due to materials or workmanship. If worn, garments must be laundered before being returned. We will repair whenever possible, or replace at our discretion, any Teamwork garment that is defective due to materials or workmanship. Dealers who replace used, repairable garments do so at their own expense. For details contact Teamwork at 1.800.333.6063.

Cancellations

Any cancelled order is issued a cancellation number. Please retain this number.Customized ProSphere and Spectrum orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting an order.

Shipping

5 business day shipping from order placement on all ProSphere and Spectrum orders. Shortage claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt. Orders for open accounts past due will not ship until current (and may then be C.O.D. only). Your selected carrier may add a residential surcharge for deliveries to a home, or a business operating out of a home, that does not have an entrance open to the public.

Product Information & Care

All Teamwork product comes with a corresponding care label, please see care label for care instructions. Teamwork stock products are manufactured in the USA and/or imported. Every effort is made to match dye lot colors but due to dye lot variances, shading differences beyond our control may occur. Every Teamwork garment is covered under the Textile Products Identification Act and is guaranteed as long as laundering and care instructions are followed. Do not use bleaching agents, hot water, chlorinated solvents or high heat in laundering. Follow washing instructions on the label. Some temperatures used in the printing/decoration process can shrink the fabric (including, but not limited to, polyester and nylon). Flashing/Drying can shrink garments up to one full size. Please order accordingly. Check style, color, and measure actual garment sizes before decorating as Teamwork will not replace garments that shrink as a result of the decoration process. We are not responsible for garments once they are lettered, screen printed or altered in any fashion. Printing on sublimated garments requires special care to avoid dye migration. Please use special care when purchasing/decorating sublimated garments.
